null  Improvements at the Visalia Scout Shop

Pictured here is Live Oak District Chair Daron Rowley, working on improvements to the interior courtyard at the Visalia Scout Office. In an effort to conserve water, the Council decided to place Bermuda green gravel under laid with weed block, in the current planting area along the perimeter of the courtyard. In each corner will be placed a dwarf citrus tree of various species and varieties that are representative of the citrus industry of eastern Tulare and Fresno Counties. Each of the trees will be in terra cotta pots and will be drip irrigated on a schedule. The other sprinklers will be capped to conserve water. Daron had help from family and friends and staff. Thanks everyone!"
